Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible. We all wish for world peace, but world peace will never be achieved unless we first establish peace within our own minds. We can send so-called ‘peacekeeping forces’ into areas of conflict, but peace cannot be imposed from the outside with guns. Only by creating peace within our own mind and helping others do the same can we hope to achieve peace in this world.

Kadampa Meditation Center Arizona is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and all of our staff are volunteers. In order to offset monthly costs and build for the future, we depend on regular donations from Center Benefactors. These donations support programs at the Center and branches throughout Arizona.
Make a Difference! Kadampa Meditation Center Arizona exists solely to promote world peace through the practice of Buddha’s teachings. Our classes, retreats and other community activities help to accomplish this aim. But we can’t do it without you! By engaging in the spiritually rewarding practice of giving, you can help to ensure the Center which offers a genuine spiritual path of compassion and wisdom, continues to grow and flourish.
