Sierra Vista – Saturdays

Current topic:

Forgiveness and Transforming the Past

Gen TsoglamSaturdays (twice a month – dates below) 4:00 – 5:30pm

with Gen Kelsang Tsoglam
By holding onto past hurt, we only hurt our self. We can learn to forgive others, let go of the hurt, and move in the direction of healthy, loving relationships, and a happy life. We may also feel trapped by certain aspects of our past, carrying a heavy burden unnecessarily. But the past isn’t fixed, and neither are we. Buddha taught that by gaining a correct understanding of the nature and function of our mind we can train in complete emotional freedom. We can all become the kind, effective and joyful, person we wish to be.
